The prices below are basic guidelines to help you determine what your costs would be according to your specific needs. Single project quotes will include any paper/postage supplies so you will have a complete cost with no hidden expenses. If you do not fall within any of these categories, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you with your project. We also have a monthly retainer package which consists of any service we provide for a flat monthly retainer fee of $300.00 which entitles you to 20 hours of service per month. Hours can be carried over to the next month. Retainer fees must be renewed at the beginning of each month to continue on-going services.
TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES We transcribe from various media sources (microcassette, digital audio, DVD, CD, MP3, .wav., etc.). We offer general, legal and medical transcription services. Audio transcription begins at $1.00 per audio minute. We charge $3.00 per typed page or $.15 per line. ADMINISTRATIVE/PARALEGAL/SECRETARIAL SERVICES For all administrative services, we charge a flat rate of $20.00 per hour for any type of administrative or secretarial work. This will include document creation, email services, telephone services and internet services. Call for a free quote or email us with information about your company's needs. SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES We offer a start up package which requires a 2 Hour Minimum and we charge $20.00 per hour for this service. This service includes setting up your accounts, layout and design, owner's tools and a base following. Once we set up your account, we can manage it on a daily, weekly or monthly basis according to your specifications. This would include management of all your social media accounts to include page monitoring, postings, internet research, reputation management, customer service and monthly stats. Posting material to be supplied by the client. Please contact us to discuss your social media project needs. INSPECTION SERVICES TMC provides general inspection services which consists of taking photos on-site, mystery shopping, filling out online reports and uploading inspection photographs. TMC usually charges a per site fee but fees can be charged according to the type of service to be performed.
