TMC TYPING & SECRETARIAL SERVICES provides general, medical and legal transcription, and virtual administrative services for office assistants, busy executives and entrepreneurs.  We also provide on-site inspection and photography services within specified areas.

Our equipment includes the latest state of the art computers, transcribing machines, fax machines and word processing software. Our computer equipment is protected with firewalls and anti-virus software and only transfers data over the internet after it has been encrypted.  We can also receive voice files by direct transfer to our secured FTP site or via email. 

Confidentiality is part of our internal procedures. Each contractor is required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement to protect our customers. All hard copy media produced by us are destroyed (paper or other types).
