encrypted. We can also receive voice
files by direct transfer to our secured FTP site, via
email or by downloading from a customer's website.
Confidentiality
is part of our internal procedures. Each contractor is
required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure
agreement to protect our customers. All hard copy media
produced by us are destroyed (paper or other types).
